He was coming off his injury and was labeled a possession receiver. But he is way more than that, in my opinion. We were willing to take the chance on him. He didn't have a lot of other choices because of his injuries. We signed him and we're sure glad we did. He was just awesome for us. That was a signing that really helped us and we hope to be able to sign Joe for a few more years here.
