When we sat down at the negotiating table yesterday, we were prepared to do what the governor had asked of us - to stay as long as it takes to reach an agreement that would allow us to do what all New Yorkers want - rebuild the World Trade Center. Unfortunately, it appears that we were the only ones at the table with that commitment.
