We have accepted Betsy's resignation and, as a consequence, have undertaken a management reorganization of the Oswego County Chamber of Commerce to contain costs and trim overhead. By the same token, however, we have taken actions to ensure that the chamber's extensive programs and many benefits will remain in place and ongoing, and will continue under hands-on management by me, members of the board, and current staff.
